Princess Diana's tragic death shocked the world. The beautiful Princess had a short life like a meteor in the dark sky. Do the stars in Chinese Astrology tell us something? Could she have escaped the accident had she known what the stars say?

Life Palace : The major stars are the Sun (Transformed to Authority) and the Blessing Star. She is generous and loving at heart like the Sun giving people warmth and light. The fact that the Sun has transformed into the Star of Authority indicates that she is capable of giving out her love and care to less fortunate people.

The special combination of the Sun, the Blessing Star, the Intellect Star and the Star of Abundance indicates that she had the potential to do well academically. The fact that the Intellect Star has transformed into the Star of Annoyance deprived her of pursuing a higher education. Since the Intelligence Star has transformed into the Star of Fame she would have spectacular achievement in society.

Marriage Palace : The major stars are the Lucky Star and the Gloomy Star transforming into Prosperity. These stars alone require that she must take someone at least eight years older to be her husband. Prince Charles is actually more than twelve years older than Princess Diana. If we consider the stars in the related houses as well, we find that we have all the four transformed stars in the collection. The marriage will bring her fame, power and fortune but also much annoyance. Nothing can describe this marriage better. It is a marriage that attracts the world's attention. She became a world famous princess but the marriage is doomed to fail.

Lucky Star and Blessing Star : These two stars, despite the names, have an adverse effect on marriage. If the two stars come together in the Marriage Palace, it is likely to end up with a divorce. If one of them is in the Marriage Palace, as time goes by, the chart rotates and find the other star in the current Marriage Palace, divorce is also probable. Marriage : The Blessing Star has transformed into Fame. This indicates she has an affair outside her marriage. The Lucky Star in her original Marriage Palace now meets the Blessing Star in the current Marriage Palace. The romantic affair is the catalyst that ignites the separation and divorce. If the stars in related palaces are taken into consideration everything will be confirmed. There are two Stars of Annoyance (Intellect and Intelligence). There is the Star of Romance and the Worrisome Star.

The Tragic Death

1. Lucky Star transforming into Annoyance due to the decade 1996-2005.
2. Gloomy Star transforming into Annoyance due to the year 1997.
3. The Worrisome Star due to the ten-year period and the Troublesome Star due to the year 1997. Such a combination is extremely evil. The "Zi Wei Dou Shu Handbook" says that in such a situation it is not easy to escape from the Phantom of Death. This being in the Travel Palace the cause of death is most probably a traffic accident.

The Wealth Palace and the Career Palace are quite fortunate indicating that she is having a good time after the divorce. There is no star in the Happiness Palace and those from the opposite palace are taken. She is in fact quite happy this year. If she knew she might have a traffic accident this year and stayed at home, the tragedy could have been avoided.

Which is the most dangerous month? The first moon (Feb. 7 - Mar. 8) starts at the Travel Palace (2,8) and goes clockwise. The first moon is a dangerous month but the danger is not travel related. The seventh moon (Aug. 3 - Sep. 1) is most dangerous because the monthly Life Palace coincides with that of the year 1997. In fact, the accident occurred on the second last day of the dangerous period. It was the twenty-ninth day of the seventh moon. On that day the daily Life Palace has gone to the career Palace (10,6) with the Happiness Palace at (2,8) where the evil stars cluster. The accident has occurred. Can she survive? The answer is quite clear. The Happiness Palace determines whether she can or she cannot. The accident occurred on the day with so many evil stars attacking her current Happiness Palace the chance of survival is almost zero.
